The initial consultation is complimentary, and this might be done by phone, skype/Zoom or in-person. This discovery meeting is an opportunity for us to find out what is important to you and what you want to achieve, and for you to find out more about how we work. At this point if we feel we can help you we will provide you with a quote so that you can decide if you want to proceed. Depending on the services or the project and its scale and complexity, we offer an hourly, daily or a flat rate priced service. We will provide an upfront estimate to the best of our ability. We keep detailed logs of the time we spend on your project. Final bills may include costs for travel, materials and third-party research if required.
